Welcome to TruPsychics. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, telephone services, or any other services we offer (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. Description of Services

TruPsychics provides access to psychic reading services, including but not limited to tarot readings, astrology consultations, spiritual guidance, love and relationship advice, career guidance, and other metaphysical services (collectively, "Readings"). These services are provided by independent psychic advisors ("Advisors") who are not employees of TruPsychics.

Our Services are available via telephone and may include online features such as advisor profiles, reviews, and scheduling capabilities.

3. Entertainment Purposes Only

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Readings are subjective and based on the Advisor's interpretation and intuition
• Results and outcomes are not guaranteed
• You should not make important life decisions based solely on information received during a Reading
• You should always consult with qualified professionals for legal, financial, medical, or psychological matters
• TruPsychics and its Advisors are not responsible for any decisions you make based on the Readings

4. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete information when using our Services

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

5. Billing and Payment

When you use our telephone services:

• Calls are billed on a per-minute basis at the rate disclosed before your Reading begins
• You are responsible for all charges incurred on your account
• Promotional offers and free minutes are subject to specific terms and conditions
• First-time caller offers are limited to one per household and cannot be combined with other offers
• We reserve the right to change our rates at any time with appropriate notice

All payments are processed securely. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

6. Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your Reading, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of your call. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our sole discretion.

7. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Harass, abuse, or threaten any Advisor or other user
• Use profane, vulgar, or offensive language
• Record calls without prior consent from all parties
• Attempt to obtain services without proper payment
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use the Services if you are in emotional crisis (please contact a mental health professional)

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services for any violation of these conduct rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the TruPsychics website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of TruPsychics or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from our Services without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUPSYCHICS, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND ADVISORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TruPsychics, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and Advisors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the state where TruPsychics is headquartered, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and TruPsychics regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
